MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
This Agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with, and subject to, the laws of the State of Illinois and United States of America. If any provision of this Agreement shall be determined to be invalid, unlawful, void or otherwise not enforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement. It is understood and agreed that this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Parties hereto and their respective heirs, representatives, successors and assigns.
TERMINATION
This agreement shall remain in force and effect until terminated by the Association. In the event of termination of this Agreement, restrictions imposed upon you by this Agreement, including all disclaimers, waivers, releases and limitations of liability, shall survive. |
